My Mission
Yoga for me is a wonderful way to be happier, calmer, more in tune with the changes happening around us and within us.
It is a path to Self-Awareness; a journey of Self- Discovery.
Through yoga I am deeply inspired, I learn, I share and I continue to grow and evolve as a person. Yoga has helped me be an active listener, strengthen and love my body, trust life and feel immensely grateful for all the blessings in my life.
I firmly believe in the science of yoga as a holistic path to inner happiness and alignment with the flow of life itself. This is actually what I offer in my individual and group classes, as well as in the seminars, training programs and retreats I organize. I do not teach yoga.
I choose , very consciously, to live and fully experience Yoga. This is exactly what I have been sharing with my students for more than 15 years. I have trained hundreds of people from all over the world in Yoga and in holistic lifestyle and I have collaborated with innovative companies, by leading Yoga and wellness programs for their executives and leaders.
For over a decade, I have been organizing Yoga and Wellness Retreats in Greece and abroad.
I organize and teach Yoga Alliance USA® 200 and 500 hour Yoga training programs, specialty workshops for yoga teachers and students, and a wide variety of yoga seminars and classes focused on balance, wellness, and abundance in all forms.
The Anahata Yoga Academy, the yoga teacher training academy I founded in 2012, incorporates yoga as a way of life, by combining traditional yoga practices with modern methods of self-awareness and organizes programs, classes and seminars aimed at personal development, wellness and well-being.
