The individual Mindfulness sessions I offer are based on the internationally recognized MBSR (Mindfulness Brain Stress Reduction Training) program, designed by the internationally renowned Professor of Medicine and creator of the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, Jon Kabat -Zinn.

Through mindfulness techniques, we learn to focus on the power of the present moment, the present, which when it is truly unaffected by thoughts and concerns about the past or the future, helps us to build a much better quality of life.

The mindfulness and active visualization practices given by me will undoubtedly support you as much as you need, so that you learn to live a mindful life, make conscious decisions, and learn to handle "uncomfortable’’ emotional situations and thoughts. Mindfulness, as a life decision, is proven to be the most effective way to bring more clarity to your life, control your emotions and deal with stressful situations and mood swings with self-control. Thus, you will have much better results not only in the professional field but also in your personal life.
