The One-on-One Mindfulness sessions I offer are based on the internationally recognized MBSR (Mindfulness Brain Stress Reduction Training) program, designed by the internationally renowned Professor of Medicine and creator of the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, Jon Kabat -Zinn.
Through Mindfulness techniques, we learn to focus on the power of the present moment, purely unaffected by thoughts and concerns about the past or the future, which helps us build a much better quality of life.
Making Mindfulness a way of life, helps us deal with stressful situations, effectively regulates our emotions, improves our mental clarity and focus, eventually leading to better physical and mental health. An essential life skill for all of us.
