The One-on-One Yoga Practice I lead (online + in-person) is based on my extensive experience as a yoga teacher and instructor since 2008. All classes aim at physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being and harmony.
The consistent practice of Sadhana, helps the practitioner be connected with his inner self, build his inner-strength and resilience, feel empowered and rejuvenated in his life, investing in his unlimited potential.
