Mindfulness is a practice that urges us to focus on the present moment, leaving aside any sort of worries about the future and whatever did not actually work as we would have wished and expected in the past.

By acknowledging our thoughts, feelings and sensations without judging any of them, we experience life with more receptiveness and trust. Mindfulness enables us to connect more deeply with ourselves and our surroundings, creating an inner space of peace and stability even in the most turbulent moments.

Through this practice, we do discover the beauty that lies in the simplicity of being fully present, helping us to lead a life with more gratitude and balance.

Program Mindfulness

(Includes 8 Mindfulness and Active Visualization sessions. All sessions take place ONLINE at a time and day upon agreement by the Coach with the Coachee. 40'/session)
