Individual Yoga Class
The private yoga classes I lead (online + in-person) are based on my extensive experience as a yoga teacher and instructor since 2008. All classes aim at physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being and harmony.
The lessons are based on the practice of sadhana, in which the practitioner, through my own guidance, essentially learns to gradually build his own, completely personal practice which is rejuvenating and empowering in all the main areas of his life. Through personal sadhana, the practitioner gets to know himself even better and invests in his unlimited strengths.
detoxification techniques (kriya)
breathing techniques/balancing the nervous system (pranayama)
physical postures (asana)
somatic movement techniques for unwinding
relaxation and meditation techniques (Yoga Nidra, Prana Nidra, Mindfulness)
guidance of Sadhana (daily routine for well-being and physical and mental health)

to learn to relax and breathe properly
to live a much better life!
